- Place wax paper length of large baking dish and spray non stick spray.
- Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until springs back when touched with finger.
- Lay out white towel sprinkled well with powdered sugar , flip out upside down the cake holding onto sides of wax paper onto towel . Slowly and carefully peel away wax paper . Sprinkle with more white sugar on cake.
- Roll up and allow to cool at least 15 minutes in fridge in towel.
- Mean while make filling : mix all ingredients for filling for 3 minutes well
- When cake is cooled unroll and add filling roll back up and transfer from towel to aluminum foil and fold up.
