I've made gravy for these Chicken Roll-ups several different ways, but this is by far my favorite recipe. Remove from heat, and stir in couscous. Season with salt and pepper; fluff with a fork. Part of me kind of wishes I had even experimented and tried a different sauce other than the marinara - I just used my favourite jarred tomato sauce but you can easily turn a can of crushed tomatoes into a delicious sauce with a little bit of olive oil, brown sugar, and salt & pepper so don't be afraid to go hunting through your pantry if necessary. Chicken Roll Ups can be made up quick with ingredients you probably already have in your fridge and pantry.
