- Heat up veg oil in a small deep pot and shallow fry chips then set aside
- Break egg in a bowl, whish and add onion, green bell pepper, pepper and salt and whisk everything together
- Heat up frying pan add 2tbsp of veg oil once its hot, pour in the whisked egg and allow it cake and flip over and remove from heat
- Immediately place sausages into the frying pan and fry till it cooked then remove
