- In a bowl add rice flour, Finely chopped onion, chilli powder, salt, asafoetida powder mix with a whisk then pour the boiling water and stir with pan stick till it comes to chapati dough. Take a polythene cover or milk cover wet your hands with the oil and take a small ball sized dough and press it round-shaped with hand. Then make a hole in the middle.
- Heat a Tawa and put the pressed addai dough, pour some oil in the mid and around the addai. Roast it front and back, Now it is ready to serve.
Try this instant recipe using rice flour, wheat atta flour (or all purpose flour) and also few other ingredients. I adapted the basic recipe for instant dosa with rice flour from here.
