- Take equal portions of mix, roll and flaten to about 1/2 inch thick cookies.
- Once done, arrange cookies on a lined baking tray and bake at 180 deg for 10-12mins in pre-heated oven (at 200 deg for 20mins)
- Take out cookies and let them completely cool down. It is ready to be stored in air tight container. It stays good for over 15 days if stored in fridge.
