Steps to make Rice vada:
- Put the cooked rice, yogurt, semolina, salt in a mixer grinder and grind into a paste.
- Add chopped onion, curry leaves, coriander leaves, pepper and mix everything together.
- Keep a deep pan and pour enough oil, take lemon size ball, flatten slightly and make a hole in finger and add it in the oil.
- Turn and cook both sides until golden brown in medium flame.
- Serve this easy made crispy vada with coconut chutney or sambar
