- Boil water in a big pan & reduce to 2 & 1/2 cup and add jeera,salt chilli & baking soda
- Add rice flour slowly and simultaneously stir with wooden roller till thick consistency
- Add oil lastly & stir very fast pour ready khicha in bowl press it & unmould in a plate sprinkle pickle masala on top for garnishing serve hot tasty khicha
Cover the mixture with a lid and let cook for another two minutes. Add peanut oil and keep stirring occasionally. Transfer Rice Flour Khichu in a serving dish and enjoy.
