- When the mixture is totally cooked then trsnsfer the mixture dough in a plate and allow it to cool down.
- Now knead the dough till it becomes smooth and take a lemon sized ball from dough,make balls and press it little bit with palm and press in between with finger,prepare all the Chaaps with the same process.
- Now take 1 glass of water in a open vessel and put any plate or bowl with holes over it and steam the Chaap for 10 minutes on medium flame.
- After cool down,Garnish with tutti frutti and dryfruits,Rice Flour Malai Chaap is ready to serve.
