- Add sesame seeds to the wok stir and roast till pluffy and changed in colour on medium flame for 2 mins, switch off the flame,keep aside. next add grated dry coconut to wok and roast for 5 mins,switch off the flame
- To make jaggery syrup - take crumbled jaggery add 1/2cup water, turn on flame, cook till jaggery dissolves in water
- To check pour few drops in bowl, as it cools, stick between fingers, there should be no thread syrup is ready, turn off flame
- In a bowl add rice flour, sesame seeds, cardamom powder, dry coconut, mix all ingredients well
- Strain and add jaggery syrup in it, add ghee and mix everything well
- Grease hands with ghee, lift a little mix and bind it, make ladoos, similarly make rest ladoos
- Rice flour ladoos are ready.
- 12 ladoos are ready with this quantity of mix, once cool keep in air tight container
- Tip - can add jaggery more if u need more sweetness
This powder can be stored so that the dish can be prepared within five minutes.
