  3. Make 8-10 balls out of the dough by rolling them with the help of your palms. Flatten each ball and place the stuffing in it. Close the flattened balls after putting the stuffing and carefully give them a rounded or modak shape up to your choice.
  4. Steam the stuffed balls (mandas) for 4-5 minutes in a steamer. Take them out and serve hot.
