  1. First, in a bowl, stir in the flour and chickpea flour. Instead of this flour, you can also take lamb flour, but the taste of this is good. If the ghee is not frozen, put it in the fridge for a while and then make the flour. Do not add water or milk in the flour.

  3. Add salt to a saucepan, keep the edges inside and preheat on gas for 5 minutes.
  4. Now take 1 or 2 teaspoons of powdered sugar in a bowl, add a little milk and prepare a slurry.
  5. Now make biscuits in the desired shape from the kneaded dough. Now apply this milky slurry cotton on top of the biscuits.
  6. Now cook this cookie arranged dish in a hit pot on very low heat for 10 minutes then open it and let it sit for a while if needed. Then turn off the gas and let it cool for a while. There are delicious besan cookies

However if you do not want to use it just replace with any nut powder, all-purpose flour or whole wheat flour.
