  1. Make the sponge cake, and slice into thirds. Combine the cream ingredients and whip.
  2. Boil the water for the syrup. Dissolve the sugar in the water to make the syrup.

  4. Slice 4 strawberries and place on top. It will become difficult to cut the cake, so do not place the strawberries in the center. Place the strawberries so that they are hidden by the cream, and cover with another slice of sponge cake.

  11. Decorate the sides with silver dragées.
  12. Use a rose shaped tip to pipe out frills with the cream. Go around the outer edge once, and then go around once more on the inside of the first round.
