  5. Now place it on the hot tava / flat pan and roast it on low to medium flame both the sides. Apply ghee or homemade butter for best taste. It takes 4 - 5 minutes for one paratha to be roasted nicely on low to medium flame since these parathas are thick. Serve with green chutney or simply enjoy with homemade butter.
