- Prepare 1 cup rice flour
- Get as needed Salt
- Get Water as required
- Get 1/2 cup oil or as per need
These parathas are very common in Gujarati homes, where the rice left-over from dinner is seasoned further, stuffed into parathas and served for breakfast or lunch the following day. Then prepare a dough of it. Remove the chapati from the pan and immediately wrap it in a clean tea towel. Continue until all the chapatis are cooked.

- Take rice in bowl. Add salt and mix. Gradually add water while kneading.
- Then made round balls (peda's) from it. Rest 2 minutes and then made round paratha from it.
- Put tawa on flame and heat it. Add few drops of oil and spread over tawa. Now put roti on it and when it slightly cooked then turn it to other side. Gradually add oil and keep flame low.
- Try to rotate it on tawa from time to time so that overall surface could cook properly.
- When both side colour change and cook properly then transfer it to a plate and serve with egg and a hot cup of tea βπ.
- (Note;As I knead seperately for every paratha which I have learn from my mother and grandmother. There is no need of making dough. Make balls (pedas) and rest for 2 minutes. Then make round paratha as I made it with hand in big round plate. You can use rolling pin but I can do it better with hands).
Best eaten within a few hours. The rice flour and carrot paratha can be successfully warmed in the microwave. Roll each of these balls into paratha using rolling pin. Serve hot parathas with coriander chutney and vegetable gravy. Rice Chapati is a famous South Indian recipe that can go along with any side dishes of your choice.
