After 12 minutes check it a toothpick toothpick is clean means it's ready now cool it and cut into a pieces - Take a tadka pan add heat oil add mustard seeds,green chillies, hing,and curry leaves fry it when tadka is ready transper this tadka in a dhokla plate garnish some fresh chopped coriander leaves and serve this dhokla with green chutney or coconut chutney enjoy!
