  4. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes. ( I put a little cheese on top ).

I poked mine in the top to make it look prettier, but equally I would make it with smaller bits of broccoli too. This frittata is made with new red potatoes, shredded cheddar and bacon bits.
